Have an excellent Database application (Front End Application) reduce the need of efficiently designed Database?

Part A: – Yes / No   [1 Mark]

Part B: – Justify your selection in three (3) to four (4) lines at max of GDB post.     [4 marks]

Part A: No

Part B: making excellent front is one and designing Database efficiently is other. We have to work on both ends for deliverance  of a Complete software solution Also according to my point of view if we designed a well-structured database only then we can make well integrated (database) front-end.Therefore it is always important to make an efficient, well-structured, well-relational database and we always need to put effort on making the database.i thought front-end does not reduce our effort and need of making efficient designed Database.
