        Dear there are two approaches use in MS word to draw a gaph. First if u like to use built in feature for chart and graph. for this go to Insert menu -> then Picture -> then Chart

 

          A pre-designed chart will be here and also an amended work sheet of MS Excel will also there just chang data in sheet and concequesntly ur chart will also be changes.

 

 

The 2nd approach is specialy use for Graph like Demand and Supply graphs used in Economics. If u are an MBA student then open ur LMS and open the downloaded items in the subject      ECO403     here is a file in ms word. In this file the complete procedure for drawing a graph is there.

 

if u don't follow this

then

               Open MS-Word

               Go to Insert Menu

               Toolbar ( Click on Drawing Tool Bar) this will be added in bottom

               Now

                         every tool on this toolbar showing its name

                         Move to Rectangle

                         Click it

                         and draw it on page as wide as u need

                         

                         after drawing a Rectangle box on page

     

                         Click on Line tool (on Darwing tool bar)

                         draw it verticaly  from top to bottom

       

                         re-click on line tool

                         and draw it from left to right (horizontaly)

                         start from the end of ur first line

                        

                          remaing work can be don by using line tool

 

                          if u need to draw a curve line

                          move to drawing tool bar

                          Autoshape

                              Lines

                                      Curves

                          pick first curve and draw on required place
