5 : 4 = Total 9
? : ? = total 54
5/9*54= 30
4/9*54= 24
Now the formula of rectangle is:
Perimeter=2L+2W (Where L is length and W is width)
2L=30
2W=24
So
L= 15
W=12
Proof:
Perimeter=2L+2W
= 2(15)+2(12) = 54
Second proof:
The ratio of 15:12
15:12
5:4 (Dividing both by 3)
5:4 As said in the question.

This question could be solved by algebraic methods also. And I tried
that a lot but maza nahi aya. So I used ratio and proportion method.
