As you made your Internship report & Presentation Slides so panel will ask questions regarding your work prepare well about HR Concepts  they will just ask simple questions like 

Define job description?

Tell us about HR policy of the organization ?

What are the competitors of the organization ?

Whats you conclude from your findings ?

I am just sharing my personal experience as I appeared in my Viva presentation last year quite simple.One very important thing be confident while to answer your questions because i found numbers of students lose confident while delivering before penal.
